How do I place an order?
Navigate to the 'Order' tab on the website and complete the form. Alternatively, you can email doyin.cupcakeav@gmail.com.
How many cupcakes can I order?
Cupcakes are baked in even quantities starting with a box of 6. You can order up to 36* cupcakes.
If you'd like something smaller, you can also request a personal box of 4 cupcakes.
Where are you based?
Maida Vale, West London.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, deliveries are only available to customers living within the Maida Vale area.
How should I transport my cupcakes?
Please take extra care and hold your cupcakes in an upright position upon collection.
You should hold the base of the box or carrier bag for extra support or place the box on a level surface when driving.
Are vegan options available?
Yes, please provide more information on your dietary requirements with your order request.
How should I store my cupcakes?
Please store your cupcakes at room temperature.
How much notice should I give?
Please place your order at least 7 days in advance.
Do you provide edible image toppings / logos?
Yes, but advance notice is required and a small additional fee will be added.
Please include a high-resolution PNG of your image when placing your order, which will be sent to a third-party supplier for printing.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A £10 deposit may be requested to secure your order. This typically depends on the volume, complexity and ingredients required for the order.
The fee is fully refundable, no fuss, should you wish to cancel 5 days before your event.
Food allergy notice
Great care is taken to ensure that all dietary requirements are met. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please state this before placing an order. Cupcakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts and other allergens, and while thorough measures are taken to ensure the environment is safe, this cannot be fully guaranteed.
